Ricotta sauce 270g

Ready-made sauce prepared by slow boiling of tomato pulp, typical of the Italian tradition, with fresh ricotta, vegetables and extra virgin olive oil from the Aprutino Pescarese area. It goes particularly well with "Le Virtù" (new Rustichella mixed pasta shape), Farfalloni and Rustichella d'Abruzzo razor clams. To be consumed at room temperature or slightly heated over low heat.
