Rustichella d'Abruzzo

A series of flavored egg specialties in various flavors in bavettine, fettuccine and pappardelle formats. For all types we recommend very light sauces (even just oil or butter), while when cooking it is preferable, once the skeins have been thrown into the pot, cook them with the lid closed for about 8 minutes in order to keep the aroma unaltered.
