Very thin strips of egg pastry with a thickness of 1.5 mm, Filini are prepared with very fresh eggs from free-range hens. Excellent for enhancing the seafood flavors based on crustaceans and molluscs, they also go well with more full-bodied condiments such as Rustichella d'Abruzzo Porcini Mushroom sauce accompanied by a drizzle of Rustichella monocultivar INTOSSO PrimoGrano Extra Virgin Olive Oil.
Ingredients: Durum wheat semolina, eggs, fresh whole (35%).
