Primograno was born from a project of interaction and synergies with the Vestina area, an area of Abruzzo that not everyone knows, which comes to life in the Tavo River valley. Each year some agricultural entrepreneurs from Pianella, Moscufo and Loreto Aprutino join the Primograno project. One hundred hectares are devoted to the sowing of these varieties of durum wheat S. Carlo, Varano and Mongibello. All the procedures, from sowing to harvesting, are monitored in order to obtain a durum wheat with a high protein power which is fundamental for the quality of the Pasta.
